CENTENAIRE DE L'A.I.L.G., female figure seated facing slightly left, holding avian scepter and overturned cornucopia; to left and right respectively, representations of steam (engine) and atomic (atom) energy // Female allegories of Science, nude save for cloak and serpent around her arm, and resting hand upon wheel, and Technology, clad in overalls and holding gear and compass; in between, stele on which Scientia (Science) unveils Veritas (Truth). Edge: FISCH ACL.

 

Gem Mint State. Olive-bronze surfaces, with a great matte nature. An extremely large and impressive Art Deco rendering.
