    Alewife (brewess) seated right on overturned barrel, holding mash paddle and olive branch; two more overturned barrels in background; rising sun in background / UNION DES SYNDICATS DE LA BRASSERIE FRANƇAISE, CONGRƈS / FRANCO BELGE / PARIS 1900 in three lines. Edge: Ā«cornucopiaĀ» BRONZE.
