    INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION, Liberty standing facing, head slightly right, holding wreath in each hand; to left, allegories representing Agriculture and Industry; to right, Art and Commerce; PHILADELPHIA 1876 in exergue / FIRST IN WAR, FIRST IN PEACE, FIRST IN THE HEARTS OF HIS COUNTRYMEN, central medallion containing bust of Washington left and supported from below by facing eagle with wings spread; cherub to left and right, each holding palm frond and holding ring of thirteen stars between them. Edge: Plain.
