1903 uncertain mint, with engraving upon host coin's reverse: Radiant Eye of Providence with three interlocked rings containing F–L–T (for friendship, love, and truth); below, skull and crossbones between lodge number 10–56. Edge: Reeded.

 

Cf. KM 404 (for host coin). Engraving & host coin: Extremely Fine. Somewhat mottled gray surfaces, more noticeable around the eagle on the reverse.

 

Lodge #1056 of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows (IOOF) was located in Guys Mills in northwestern Pennsylvania until its consolidation in 1937.
