JOSÉ FIGUEROA ALCORTA / MINISTRO DE OBRAS PÚBLICAS / DR. EZEQUIEL RAMOS MEXIA / SEPTIEMBRE DE 1910" in eight lines. Edge: Some scuffs and staining, along with a patch of roughness in one spot, otherwise plain.
About Uncirculated. Gunmetal gray surfaces, with a slightly mottled nature on the reverse.
