LOGE DE St JEAN A L'O° DE St QUENTIN CONSTITUEE EN 1744, temple seen in perspective, with two columns at front and four at side, and with Eye of Providence in pediment; acacia tree to left; above, radiant personification of the sun, radiant star with G, and crescent moon; to right, obelisk with phoenix and intertwined compass and square / URGET PROLIS AMOR, pelican facing, feeding its entrails to its young; above, radiant Eye of Providence among the clouds and under chord with three double loops. Edge: Reeded.
Labouret 741. Choice Mint State. Mostly steely gray, with some subtle iridescence around the devices and a good deal of brilliance. Very rare and exceptionally attractive.
