    WIE CLEMENCEAU'S EROBERVNGSLVST / BEANTWORTET WIRD (the answer to Clemenceau's policy of conquering), Clemenceau leans to right, pointing to panel reading ELSASS / LOTHRI / RHEIN in three lines / FERNBESCHIESSUNG - PARIS (long-distance bombardment of Paris), representation of tiger with the facial features of Clemenceau crouching as bomb explodes below; Eiffel Tower behind at a distance. Edge: Some light filing marks as made, otherwise plain.
