INDUSTRI OCH SLÖJDUTSTÄLLNINGEN I MALMÖ, frontal façade of the exhibition hall / FLIT OCH OMTANKE ALSTRA OBEROENDE, personification of Victory facing to left, holding cornucopia and wreath; beehive to left; to right, personification of Craftsmanship & Industry seated left on anvil, holding gear and hammer, and with tongs at his feet. Edge: Plain.

 

Gem Mint State. Intensely rich brilliance in the fields, with an enchanting frosting upon the devices. An attractive piece, and an early use of aluminum for medals. Includes original round cardboard case of issue, though somewhat distressed.
