    Bartolotti E927; Rinaldi 121; Modesti 144. Mint State. Extremely brilliant in the fields, with intense peripheral rings of iridescence on each side; a few lightly scattered marks are noted for completeness.

     

    Built in the eclectic style, the Palazzo del Governatorato was created by adjoining three adjacent buildings between 1927 and 1931, and serves as the Pontifical Commission for Vatican City State.
