Mint State. Somewhat mottled, dusty surfaces, but essentially as made.

 

An usual and seemingly extremely rare type that we have not yet been able to fully attribute, this intriguing medal seemingly takes a modern jab at the idea of genetic research, with the reverse legend evoking the idea of "designer children"—or making people who are just like us. The presence of the barcode on the obverse just reinforces this then-futuristic idea that much more.
