A pioneer in the emerging field of x-rays, Joseph Belot authored or co-authored numerous works related to the subject beginning in 1904 and spanning nearly half a century until just before his death in 1953. Some of these works include "La Radiographie des viscères... Radiographie des affections viscérales (thorax et abdomen)," "Le Traitement du cancer de la peau," and "La Radiothérapie, son application aux affections cutanées."
