A great design that seemingly captures the spirit of the Vienna Secession in medallic form, linking the colorful, two-dimensional works by famous artists such as Gustav Klimt and Alphonse Mucha with the monochromatic, three-dimensional nature of medals and plaques. Here, one can easily see the draped female on the obverse as a direct parallel to the muses in Klimt's paintings and Mucha's prints, posters, and labels.
